We are excited to help you find your next companion. Please carefully read and review the following deposit agreement and acknowledgment for placing a deposit on a 2025 baby animal. By placing a deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Deposit Terms

To reserve a 2025 baby animal, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will hold your spot in line for your desired animal, and the balance of the purchase price will be due when the animal is available for pickup.

2. No Cash Refunds

The deposit placed on a 2025 baby animal is non-refundable for any reason. Custom Creatures Pet Shop does not issue refunds for deposits once they are made. If you change your mind or are unable to complete the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it can be transferred to a future animal purchase from our shop at our discretion, depending on availability.

3. Transfer of Deposit

In some cases, and at the sole discretion of Custom Creatures Pet Shop, your deposit may be transferred to another available animal within our shop. Please note that the transfer of a deposit does not guarantee the availability of any specific animal.

4. Animal Availability

While we make every effort to accurately estimate the timing of when each animal will be ready for adoption, birthdates and availability may vary. If, for any reason, the animal you have placed a deposit on is not available by the time you are ready to complete your purchase, we will work with you to provide a suitable alternative or discuss other options for transferring your deposit. Availability is not guaranteed.

5. Balance Due

The remaining balance for the animal must be paid in full before the animal is released for pickup. The remaining balance is due when the animal is ready for its new home. Failure to complete the full payment by the specified time may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being made available for sale to others.

6. Agreement to Terms

By placing a deposit for a 2025 baby animal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before making your deposit.
